In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring that our operations align with global sustainability standards.
As an Executive in our Sustainability division, you will play a key role in tracking and executing our internal Sustainability Roadmap. You will be instrumental in ensuring our compliance with IFRS S2 standards and our transition towards full National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF) adherence. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the implementation of NAIM’s Sustainability Roadmap across various departments.
- Monitor and track data to ensure full compliance with IFRS S2 reporting standards.
- Coordinate the transition toward full adherence to the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF).
- Prepare high-quality sustainability reports, updates, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG metrics into daily operational workflows.
- Stay abreast of local and international sustainability regulations to provide informed recommendations to the leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG consulting, or corporate compliance.
- Strong understanding of IFRS S2 standards and the National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
