You will leverage diverse sourcing channels, manage large applicant pools, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to deployment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for rank-and-file roles, with a primary focus on healthcare housekeeping and facilities staff.
- Proactively source candidates using digital job boards, social media, community outreach, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, reliability, and alignment with operational requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview sessions, maintaining high engagement levels throughout the selection process.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including document collection, background verification, and orientation coordination.
- Maintain an accurate and organized applicant tracking system (ATS) to provide real-time reporting on recruitment pipelines.
- Collaborate with operations managers to understand staffing needs and urgency, ensuring minimal downtime for site coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or mass-hiring environments.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore labor market and work pass requirements (S-Pass/Work Permit).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidate profiles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruitment management systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
