We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive, Therapist Admin to join our dynamic team in Kota Damansara.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring our therapists can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care to our clients. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, and overseeing the billing and invoicing processes with meticulous attention to detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the daily appointment schedules of therapists to ensure optimal clinic flow.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and financial reporting processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing professional and empathetic support.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and clinic operations documentation.
- Organize and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or luxury service industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
