We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive (WICA Claims) to join our dynamic Claims team in our Raffles Place office.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing Workers' Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with our underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate claims handling and proper documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end WICA claims process including intake, investigation, assessment, and final resolution
- Ensure strict compliance with Workers' Injury Compensation Act regulations and company policies throughout claims handling
- Investigate claim circumstances, gather supporting documentation, and evaluate claim validity and coverage
- Calculate and determine appropriate compensation amounts based on policy terms and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate claims records and ensure proper documentation in claims management systems
- Liaise with medical professionals, legal advisors, and external parties to obtain necessary information
- Prepare detailed reports and correspondence for stakeholders including claimants, employers, and regulatory bodies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance claims handling efficiency and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably with WICA or motor claims
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Workers' Injury Compensation Act and relevant insurance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex claims and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and claims management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional certifications such as ANZIIF or CII qualifications will be advantageous
