Join Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) as an Executive in the Youth Division and drive transformative change in our community. This pivotal role involves overseeing operational excellence and administrative functions to deliver impactful programs supporting Indian women and youth aged 7–35. You'll ensure seamless program implementation, optimize resource allocation, and foster collaborative partnerships that align with SINDA's mission of empowerment and social advancement. As a key strategist, you'll monitor program outcomes, innovate service delivery models, and champion initiatives that address evolving community needs. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of operational and administrative functions for SINDA's youth programs
- Development and execution of program strategies targeting Indian women and youth (7-35 years)
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration with community partners, volunteers, and government agencies
- Budget oversight, resource optimization, and compliance with organizational policies
- Performance monitoring, impact assessment, and reporting on program outcomes
- Training and capacity building for program staff and volunteers
- Innovation of youth engagement initiatives aligned with current social trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in program management or operations within community services
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership development
- Experience designing and implementing youth-focused initiatives
- Proficiency in budget management and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and relevant Indian languages
- Passion for community development and cultural sensitivity
