Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs documentation for import/export shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Process permits, licenses, and trade compliance documentation
- Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records of all trade transactions and documentation
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Analyze trade data to identify process optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export operations or customs documentation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in customs compliance or trade logistics (preferred)
