Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export documentation including letters of credit, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carriers for shipment scheduling
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Prepare and submit necessary permits for restricted goods and hazardous materials
- Conduct regular audits of shipping documents to prevent delays or penalties
- Collaborate with internal departments to align inventory planning with import/export schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and documentation systems
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics software
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy for cost calculations and compliance
