Tanggung Jawab
- Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse logistics
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and tariffs
- Track shipments and resolve logistical delays proactively
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of trade activities and compliance documents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
