Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customs clearance documentation and excise compliance procedures
- Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders for import/export processes
- Provide customer service support regarding customs regulations and shipment status
- Maintain accurate records of excise permits and trade documentation
- Resolve customs-related inquiries and operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless cargo handling
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement compliance changes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field
- Experience with customs documentation (SPPB, PEB, BC) preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs and excise regulations (B Customs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customs software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
