As an EXIM Staff, you will be the backbone of our client's international shipping activities. Your expertise will ensure that all goods move seamlessly across borders, fully complying with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage all export and import documentation, including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and Insurance documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with Incoterms, L/C terms, Indonesian customs regulations (CEISA), and company policies.
• Handle Letters of Credit (L/C) negotiation, document checking, and discrepancies resolution.
• Track and trace cargo movements, providing real-time updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, customs issues, and documentation errors promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all shipments and records.

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in EXIM documentation, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CEISA, PEB, PPJK, or other customs applications is a significant plus.
