Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring high productivity and accuracy across all departments.
  • Oversee document control, filing systems, and data management to maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, accounting staff, and lending consultants to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Proactively manage executive schedules, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review reports, invoices, and essential business correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Monitor office supply levels and handle vendor relations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and improve office processes to reduce turnaround times and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar operational role.
  • Strong understanding of office management software (MS Office Suite, G-Suite, CRM tools).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, with professional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
