Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute financial/operational audits in accordance with professional standards
- Lead audit teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely project delivery
- Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Mentor junior auditors and support professional development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CIA preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive audit experience in public practice or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience leading audit engagements and managing team workflows
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., IDEA, ACL) and MS Office Suite
