Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle audit engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with MFRS/IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Perform substantive testing and control testing on key financial statement line items.
- Identify, document, and communicate internal control deficiencies and propose value-added recommendations to management.
- Lead field audit work and supervise junior associates to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive audit work papers and financial statement drafts for manager review.
- Collaborate closely with internal tax and advisory departments to provide seamless client service.
- Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders to resolve audit queries and gather documentation efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) or currently pursuing.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant audit experience within a reputable accounting firm.
- Strong technical understanding of MFRS, IFRS, and Companies Act requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with audit software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
