Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and supervise audit engagements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform detailed analytical procedures and substantive testing on financial statements.
- Identify, assess, and manage audit risks and internal control deficiencies.
- Prepare accurate and timely audit working papers and reports for review by senior management.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance on technical accounting issues and audit methodologies.
- Utilize audit software and data analytics tools to enhance audit efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant audit experience (depending on Senior Associate level).
- Strong understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit-specific software (e.g., TeamMate, Caseware).
