Tanggung Jawab
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and monitor patient responses
- Provide specialized wound care for cancer-related complications
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients/families on treatment protocols and side effects
- Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately
- Offer psychosocial support to patients and families
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Current PRC license with oncology certification
- Minimum 3 years oncology nursing experience
- Knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and chemotherapy administration
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic health records systems
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Empathetic communication and cultural sensitivity
