Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and deadlines
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee experience
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document preparation, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Oversee facility operations including meeting room bookings, equipment maintenance, and office supply inventory
- Act as primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external vendors for facility-related requests
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with strict attention to confidentiality and accuracy
- Implement process improvements for calendar management and event coordination workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of executive support experience with calendar and event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities across time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Experience in facility management or office coordination preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for events
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
