Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex laptop mainboard issues at L3 level
- Perform advanced repairs and replacements of mainboard components
- Test and validate repaired mainboards to ensure proper functionality
- Document repair processes and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with junior technicians to provide guidance and support
- Stay updated with the latest laptop technologies and repair techniques
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and company protocols
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers when needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laptop mainboard repair at L3 level
- Deep understanding of laptop architecture and mainboard circuitry
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Certification in electronics or computer hardware is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical work
