Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budget constraints
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolutions
- Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding financial matters
- Prepare monthly valuation reports and payment certifications
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize project costs
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs and contractual documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry cost management
- Proficiency in construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, or Malaysian standard forms)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry practices
- Advanced skills in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Membership in recognized professional body (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
