Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit for various departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Conduct professional screening, behavioral-based interviewing, and skills assessments.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and provide consultative advice to stakeholders regarding market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all internal recruitment policies and labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or MNC sector.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of local Malaysian employment laws and market practices.
