Jabil is seeking an Experienced Recruiter for a 1-year contract to join our dynamic talent acquisition team in Penang. In this role, you will be the strategic partner to our hiring managers, driving the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for both exempt and non-exempt positions.

You will play a vital role in shaping the workforce of a world-class manufacturing solutions provider. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local talent market, strong sourcing capabilities, and a passion for candidate experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit for various departments.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct professional screening, behavioral-based interviewing, and skills assessments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage offer negotiations and provide consultative advice to stakeholders regarding market trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or MNC sector.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of local Malaysian employment laws and market practices.
