Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and technical staff
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA-compliant work sites
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports for management
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage inventory and resources for optimal project efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or similar construction leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
- Certification in safety management (OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.)
- Valid Malaysian driver's license and reliable transportation
