In this critical role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for ensuring that mission-critical infrastructure operates safely and efficiently in hazardous environments.
You will be entrusted with the end-to-end lifecycle of explosion protection systems, ranging from initial assembly and precision installation to rigorous commissioning, inspection, and high-level troubleshooting. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the assembly, installation, and commissioning of explosion protection systems in strict accordance with engineering specifications and international safety standards.
- Perform regular onsite inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of safety systems.
- Conduct complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on faulty systems, identifying root causes and implementing reliable technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service logs, and maintenance records for each client site.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and safety best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and ensure high-quality service delivery across the SEA region.
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or explosion-proof equipment installation.
- Strong understanding of IECEx, ATEX, or equivalent hazardous area safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, P&IDs, and engineering blueprints.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in remote or industrial settings.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to document technical findings clearly.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the SEA region as required by project demands.
