Join Maxwide Logistics Inc as an Export Customer Service Mandarin Specialist and become a key player in our global logistics operations. This critical role requires you to serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring seamless export experiences from inquiry to delivery. You'll leverage your linguistic expertise to build strong client relationships while managing complex shipment tracking, resolving logistical challenges, and coordinating cross-border export documentation. The position demands proactive communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment where precision and cultural sensitivity are paramount.
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle all Mandarin-speaking client inquiries regarding export shipments, pricing, and documentation requirements
- Proactively monitor and update shipment statuses across multiple logistics platforms
- Diagnose and resolve export-related issues including delays, damages, and customs clearance
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carrier partners
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Support new client onboarding for Mandarin export markets
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or logistics operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex export scenarios
- Proficiency in logistics software and shipment tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field
