Tanggung Jawab
- Provide dedicated Mandarin-speaking customer support for export inquiries and order management
- Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms

- Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients and internal teams

Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and international shipping regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
