As our Export Documentation Executive, you'll handle critical paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. You'll collaborate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and maintain accurate transaction records. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-oriented work and possesses deep knowledge of export compliance frameworks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and validate all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for accurate document processing
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation systems
- Resolve customs clearance issues and documentation discrepancies
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade policies
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams for document accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in export documentation
- Proficiency in document management systems (MS Office, ERP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and trade compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
