Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions
- Coordinate with customs brokers and shipping lines to ensure compliance with export regulations and timely shipment release
- Verify document accuracy and maintain organized records for auditing purposes
- Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws and export control regulations
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and process corrections efficiently
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align documentation with client requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian export regulations and international trade practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for documentation and communication
