Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all import and export documentation, including customs forms, shipping manifests, and commercial invoices
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities and transactions
- Research and analyze international markets to identify new opportunities for expansion
- Communicate with international suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or inquiries
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or problems
- Prepare reports on import/export activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with customs clearance procedures and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
