Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive customs documentation for import/export shipments
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for efficient clearance
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Monitor regulatory changes and update documentation procedures accordingly
- Resolve customs inquiries and documentation discrepancies proactively
- Maintain organized digital records of all trade compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in export/import documentation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and ASEAN trade regulations
- Proficiency in customs declaration software and logistics management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with error-proof documentation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Certification in Customs Procedures or Trade Compliance preferred
