Join F1 Logix Indonesia as an Export Import Manager and drive our global supply chain excellence. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of international trade operations, ensuring seamless cross-border logistics while maintaining compliance with customs regulations and trade policies. You'll lead a dynamic team in optimizing import/export processes, reducing costs, and mitigating risks in our manufacturing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to enhance supply chain efficiency and foster strong relationships with global partners, positioning our company for sustainable growth in the competitive Southeast Asian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end export/import operations including documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost and delivery timelines
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international shipping partners
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws, tariffs, and import/export restrictions
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and operational challenges
- Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align import/export schedules with business demands
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export/import management within manufacturing or logistics
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, Incoterms, and trade compliance
- Proven track record in team leadership and supply chain optimization
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal/written)
- Certification in logistics or trade compliance (e.g., CSCP, CLEP) preferred
