As the face of our global supply chain, you will manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and international standards.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to manage logistics.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate favorable rates with carriers.
- Manage and maintain all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Import/Export operations within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and local import/export regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data and cost structures.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
