Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of international export and import shipments.
- Prepare, review, and process accurate customs documentation, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Declarations (PIB/PEB).
- Liaise and negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to secure cost-effective and timely transportation.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and international trade regulations, tariff codes, and customs laws.
- Track shipment schedules, monitor cargo movements, and proactively resolve any logistical bottlenecks or delays.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all import/export transactions, licenses, and permits.
- Collaborate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure inventory alignment and smooth supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on changes in government regulations regarding international trade and taxation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Export Import Officer or in a similar logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to handle international correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and resolve unexpected logistical challenges efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with logistics/customs software systems.
- Possession of relevant customs certifications or licenses is highly advantageous.
