Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end export-import operations including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
- Analyze logistics processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Resolve shipping delays, customs holds, and documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all trade transactions and compliance documents
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align export-import activities with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade documentation
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
