Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end export-import operations for apparel shipments
- Prepare and manage customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
- Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics delays
- Maintain accurate trade compliance records and databases
- Optimize shipping routes and costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Collaborate with production and sales teams for export planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business
- Minimum 3 years of export-import experience in manufacturing
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems (e.g., ASYCUDA, SAD)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in logistics or trade compliance (e.g., CSCP, CLE)
