Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation including customs declarations, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze logistics costs and implement cost-effective shipping solutions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and INCOTERMS
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays or customs issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas suppliers and distributors
- Prepare and analyze trade reports for operational improvement
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting import/export operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or international trade
- Proficiency in customs procedures and trade compliance documentation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize logistics processes
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Experience with logistics software and ERP systems
- Certification in logistics or trade compliance (e.g., CSCP, Customs Broker) preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in supply chain challenges
