PT Wanhe Garment Indonesia is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Export Import Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Boyolali, Central Java. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics and documentation processes for our international shipments. We are seeking a professional who can navigate the complexities of global trade while maintaining clear and effective communication with our overseas partners.
As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure that all export and import activities comply with international regulations and company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare all necessary export and import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Liaise closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers to confirm shipping schedules, product specifications, and delivery expectations.
- Monitor shipment status and track cargo movement to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory records.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant trade laws, customs regulations, and export control policies.
- Collaborate with the production and sales departments to align shipping schedules with production timelines and customer orders.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports regarding shipment status, costs, and compliance issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in export/import, with a preference for candidates having experience in the garment or textile industry.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; ability to draft professional correspondence and negotiate with international partners.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, import/export procedures, and customs regulations.
- Proficient in using computer software, specifically Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
