Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies for international cargo arrangements
- Prepare and manage export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
- Track shipments and maintain real-time logistics status for stakeholders
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate cost-effective shipping solutions
- Resolve customs clearance issues and documentation discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory management and cargo coordination
- Prepare monthly logistics performance reports and cost analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in customs procedures and international trade documentation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
- Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
