In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export shipment operations for both sea and air freight. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete end-to-end export shipment operations for both sea and air freight.
- Coordinate and secure bookings with major shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
- Prepare, verify, and process necessary export documentation, including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide sales support to the team by communicating shipping options, rates, and schedules to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all export transactions and customer interactions.
- Liaise with customs authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export operations, specifically within the sea and air freight sectors.
- Strong sales orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, and export documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
