Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets for premium yarn products across global markets.
  • Identify, partner with, and manage a network of international distributors, agents, and direct key accounts to maximize market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the export sales team, setting clear performance objectives and cultivating a culture of high achievement and accountability.
  • Conduct extensive market research to analyze textile industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitive activities.
  • Represent the company at major international trade shows and exhibitions, executing compelling sales presentations and building strategic relationships.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of export sales strategies and customer fulfillment.
  • Manage the export sales budget, forecast revenues, and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Textile Engineering. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in export sales management, specifically within the premium yarn, textile, or apparel manufacturing industries.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and developing profitable new international territories.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics documentation (Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Incoterms).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin, Arabic, or European languages is a significant advantage.
  • High willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time for business development, client meetings, and trade shows.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a track record of managing high-performing, cross-cultural teams.
