Integral Mulia Cipta is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Export / Shipping Supervisor to join our growing team in Cipondoh, Banten. In this critical role within our manufacturing and logistics division, you will be the driving force behind our international and domestic shipping operations. You will take ownership of the entire export lifecycle, ensuring that all goods are dispatched efficiently, cost-effectively, and in strict compliance with global trade regulations.
As an Export / Shipping Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with production, warehousing, and sales departments to guarantee seamless supply chain execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing crucial shipping documentation, negotiating with freight forwarders, resolving logistical bottlenecks, and mentoring a dedicated team of shipping clerks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily export and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to international and domestic clients.
- Prepare, review, and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation carriers to negotiate rates and secure optimal transit routes.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, proactively resolving any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all international trade regulations, export controls, and internal company policies.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the shipping team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Continuously analyze and optimize logistics processes to reduce operational costs and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in export, shipping, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and export-import procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
