Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export documentation including customs clearance, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with international freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and key stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with international trade regulations and update export procedures accordingly
- Analyze export costs and prepare competitive pricing proposals for international markets
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimize export processes
- Track export performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations or international trade
- Proficiency in export documentation systems and customs compliance software
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, international trade laws, and import/export regulations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multinational environment
- Proven track record of managing international shipping and logistics operations
