Join WINGS Group as an External Affairs Government Relation Officer and become a pivotal bridge between our organization and key government stakeholders. This strategic role demands exceptional coordination skills to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while ensuring seamless project execution. You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners, driving the full lifecycle of critical initiatives from permitting through development to inauguration. The position requires proactive engagement with government agencies, strategic policy interpretation, and relationship cultivation to advance organizational objectives in Indonesia's dynamic business environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and internal departments to streamline permit acquisition and project approvals
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial licensing through construction to facility inauguration
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials and industry stakeholders
- Monitor legislative changes and regulatory updates affecting company operations
- Represent the company in government meetings, hearings, and public forums
- Prepare comprehensive reports on government relations activities and regulatory compliance
- Design strategies to mitigate regulatory risks and optimize government engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory affairs
- Deep understanding of Indonesian government structure and bureaucratic processes
- Proven track record in obtaining permits and navigating regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret policy impacts and develop actionable strategies
