Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior audit team members in performing financial statement audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Conduct substantive testing and controls testing to ensure accuracy and compliance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Prepare audit documentation and workpapers in accordance with firm standards and quality requirements.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or anomalies during the audit process.
- Participate in physical inventory observations and cash counts as required.
- Collaborate effectively with client personnel to gather necessary information and resolve audit queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA).
- CPA License is a strong advantage, but fresh graduates or Board Exam takers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
