Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive external communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage media relationships and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media briefings
- Monitor industry trends and sentiment analysis to inform communication approaches
- Craft compelling press releases, articles, and other content for diverse audiences
- Coordinate crisis communication protocols and serve as primary spokesperson during incidents
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Measure and report on communication effectiveness using KPIs and analytics
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in external communications or PR role
- Proven track record of managing media relationships and securing positive coverage
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio of published materials
- Strong understanding of digital media landscape and social media strategies
- Crisis management experience with ability to perform under pressure
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into communication plans
