Daalco Development Corp. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Cost Controller to join our team in Bacolod City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial efficiency, ensuring that our food and beverage operations remain profitable through rigorous inventory management, precise cost analysis, and proactive variance control.
As our Cost Controller, you will collaborate closely with kitchen management and procurement teams to monitor food costs, optimize menu pricing, and minimize waste. We are looking for a professional who possesses a keen eye for numbers, a deep understanding of F&B inventory cycles, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and monthly physical inventory counts across all food and beverage outlets.
- Analyze food and beverage cost reports and identify variances between actual usage and theoretical standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate cost recipes for all menu items to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to monitor market price fluctuations and supplier performance.
- Perform regular audits of receiving, storage, and issuance procedures to prevent inventory shrinkage.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly cost of sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to identify opportunities for waste reduction and portion control improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in F&B cost control or inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in financial data.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage costing principles and inventory valuation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse departmental teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict reporting deadlines.
