Join EEI Corporation's dynamic fabrication team as a Fabrication Supervisor and lead critical operations in our Subic Bay facility. This pivotal role oversees daily fabrication processes while championing workplace safety, maintaining stringent quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. You'll manage skilled technicians, implement lean manufacturing principles, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The position requires strategic coordination between engineering, procurement, and production teams to meet project deadlines and client specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily fabrication operations including cutting, welding, and assembly processes
- Enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product specifications and tolerances
- Train and mentor fabrication staff on technical skills and safety procedures
- Coordinate workflow with engineering and procurement departments
- Optimize production efficiency through process improvements and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory management
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fabrication/manufacturing with 2+ years supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and industrial machinery
- Certification in OSHA safety standards or quality management systems preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and fabrication planning tools
