Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for building facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing solutions
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design compliance and technical feasibility
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for facade installations
- Implement quality control protocols and safety standards during construction phases
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation
- Procure facade materials and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and timelines
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and manufacturer specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in facade project management within the construction industry
- Proven expertise in curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, and glass installation techniques
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and BIM tools
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in Malaysian construction environment
