As a Facebook or TikTok Live Stream Host, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our range of retail and consumer products through engaging live sessions on social media platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily live streaming sessions on Facebook and TikTok to showcase and sell products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and encourage interaction to boost conversion.
- Plan and prepare content for live sessions, including product demonstrations, promotions, and giveaways.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align live streams with current campaigns and inventory.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and sales.
- Build and nurture a community of followers by maintaining a positive and energetic online presence.
- Ensure all live stream content complies with platform guidelines and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live stream host, content creator, or online presenter is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and/or Malay to cater to diverse audiences.
- Charismatic personality with the ability to entertain and persuade viewers.
- Familiarity with Facebook Live and TikTok Live features and best practices.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and performing product demonstrations.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive conversions through engagement.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and social media analytics is a plus.
