Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional facial and skin care treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room according to health and safety standards.
- Greet clients warmly and ensure their comfort throughout the treatment process.
- Keep accurate and updated records of client skin conditions and treatment progress.
- Promote and upsell clinic services, packages, and premium skincare products.
- Assist with front-desk duties as needed during peak operation hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or relevant certification in Beauty Therapy/Cosmetology.
- Proven experience working as a Facial Therapist or in a similar aesthetic role.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, skin concerns, and advanced facial techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict hygiene protocols.
