Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional facial and aesthetic treatments according to SOZO Skin standard operating procedures.
- Provide expert skincare consultations and recommend appropriate retail products to support patient treatment goals.
- Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterilized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room environment at all times.
- Document patient treatment progress accurately in the clinic management system.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through attentive service and clear communication.
- Manage inventory of treatment supplies and alert management to low stock levels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of SMK Kecantikan, D3 Keperawatan, or equivalent certification in Aesthetics.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or Beauty Therapist in a reputable aesthetic clinic.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, various skin types, and common dermatological conditions.
- Proficiency in operating aesthetic devices and performing manual facial techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, empathetic personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
