Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional facial and aesthetic treatments according to SOZO Skin protocols.
- Provide expert assistance to doctors during clinical procedures and consultations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and equipment sterilization in the treatment rooms.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Manage patient bookings and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience from arrival to departure.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including skincare products and treatment supplies.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to ensure patient retention and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Facial Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or Aesthetic Assistant.
- Possess a valid certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Nursing.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, common skin conditions, and aesthetic product ingredients.
- Professional grooming, friendly personality, and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Rawamangun area with flexible scheduling.
- Proven ability to assist medical doctors in a clinical, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to continuous learning.
