As an integral part of our beauty team, you'll collaborate with dermatologists to enhance treatment protocols and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, and specialized therapies
- Assist dermatologists during clinical procedures and medical-grade treatments
- Conduct client consultations to customize treatment plans based on skin analysis
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols and equipment sterilization standards
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes in our client management system
- Upsell premium skincare products and aftercare routines
- Participate in monthly training sessions on new techniques and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Certification in facial therapy or aesthetic medicine (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical skincare environments
- Strong understanding of skin physiology and treatment methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and basic English
- Certification in first aid and CPR
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficient in using skincare technology and equipment
- Portfolio demonstrating before/after treatment results
